KID CLASS

KIDS Corner :

Healthy, fit habits are best put into practice early in life.  NYFB is committed to making workouts fun for kids and teens so they are encouraged to take care of their bodies.  As they challenge and see what they are capable of, kids gain confidence.  An added bonus is that confident kids tend not become the targets of bullies.  Teen athletes — and their coaches — notice an immediate improvement in endurance and strength.  NYFB also offers parent/child classes, and sports team conditioning programs. Click here for more information on our schedule.

Anti-bullying:

Like our local schools, we are also against all forms of bullying. Lets work together to build your child's confidence through fitness.  Lets ensure he/she does not become a bully target. As a bonus he/she will have the support of our membership family.  


Kids medals program:

Under the kids Olympic medal program, kids will earn medals based on commitment,  participation, stamina and boxing fundamentals. 






Bronze Medal after 3 months
1) 5 minute fitness circuit

2) Two rounds (two minutes each) of sparring

3) 3 months of participation


Silver Medal after 9 Months

1) 5 Minute Fitness and boxing circuit

2) Two rounds (Three minutes each) of sparring

3) 9 months of participation


Gold Medal after 18 Months

1) 5 minute fitness and boxing circuit

2) Three rounds (Three minutes each) of sparring

3) 18 months of participation


Kid’s 1 month Boxing & Fitness Group Classes $50.00
(Must Prepay 3 months)

Kids can benefit from the discipline and focus of boxing, too. An age-appropriate version of the adult class, kids will gain confidence as they are challenged, gain strength and improve their stamina. Great emphasis is placed on learning the proper techniques. Kid’s Group boxing classes offered by Bill Ryder and Brandon Rivera. 

Kid’s Boxing Private Classes $50.00 per Session

Our private sessions provide young members (7 to 14) with our undivided attention. This one-on-one session focuses on improving boxing form, fitness level and selfdefence ability’s.
