Power Sculpt Class (Included in your 3, 6, 9 and 12 month membership)
A natural complement to the Boxing Class, Power Sculpt is appropriate for men, women, and teens looking to improve their strength, flexibility, energy and endurance. Using a combination of plyometrics, interval training and strength training, this class burns 800 to 1,000 calories; raises the heart rate; works the upper and lower body; tightens the abs and glutes; and stretches the entire body. Free weights, medicine balls and mat work are incorporated and mixed into the workout to keep it fresh, varied, and challenging. Beginners through advanced are welcomed, as you will work at your own pace.
