No prior boxing experience is required. Our classes are designed for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Please ask a NYFB representative to recommend the right group class for you. To join now click here.
Every class starts with a 10-minute warm-up to get you moving, followed by 40 minutes of calisthenics, circuit training, and cardio-boxing to keep things exciting and challenging. We finish with a 10-minute cool-down to help you recover. (Our BoxFitness Experience class is 45 minutes but follows the same structure.) Ready to jump in? Click here to join!
Yes, our Adult Boxfit group class is a non-contact fitness program. Participants will not have any physical contact with other gym members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable workout experience. To join now click here.
Note: The Youth Boxfit class may contain some physical contact, but participants can opt out of physical engagement entirely.
Kids ages 6 to 14 pay $115 month (Unlimited), Youth ages 14 to 21 pay $125 month (Unlimited), Adults pay $150 a month (Unlimited) and Modified classes are $175.00 a month. To join now click here.
